The doctor seemed genuinely indifferent but was kind in their own way. There was no review discount, and I could really feel that they prioritize safety. I found it very reassuring that the surgery was performed while fully conscious after 10 minutes of sleep anesthesia!! Honestly, pain? Living with this nose is more painful. The doctor said my nose was quite wide and large, wider than most adult men’s, so osteotomy would not be a bad idea. But they said alar reduction would make the nostrils triangular and look strange.. They also seemed not to explain much about how my image would change, even though that is the most important part; unless I asked very specifically, they did not answer. I am curious whether the coordinator also had her nose done here.. Looking at the review photos, people without implants turned out natural and pretty, but in people with implants, the silicone looked quite obvious and gave an old-fashioned nose impression..? It looked as if thick silicone had been placed between the eyes..? That was disappointing
