Eye Surgery Considerations

What should I do about these Lituo side effects?

My skin was never particularly problematic, you know? I rarely broke out while receiving treatments, but when I heard Lituo had been introduced, I got it at a famous dermatology clinic. Afterward, red, firm bumps started appearing on my skin, and things kept breaking out like folliculitis. I took medication, but it did not improve. Then the day came for my second treatment, so I went to the clinic and spoke with the manager in charge. She told me that because it was an injection treatment, it could temporarily appear on my face and would eventually settle down, and that it was fine to receive Lituo again, so I paid for another treatment. The manager recommended a membership, saying it would be discounted and Lituo would be cheaper, so I bought one too. I then received Lituo again in that condition. Just in case, I asked the director again. After looking at my skin, the director also said it had appeared because of irritation from the injection treatment and that it was fine to receive Lituo, then administered it.

But afterward, my skin became itchy, red bumps appeared like folliculitis, and yellow pus came out. I put patches over them; they would improve while covered, but then scars remained. So yesterday I went to a local dermatology clinic in a hurry. They said there was nothing they could do for me, that it was a side effect of Lituo, and that I had to go to the clinic where I received it to resolve the issue.

When I contacted the clinic yesterday, they initially said it was not because of Lituo but a temporary reaction to external irritation, and that they were not responsible. I was so stunned that I asked for the manager's phone number, but they said she was off that day and it would be difficult to give it to me, and that she would be told to contact me when she came in on Saturday. I said this did not seem right—my skin was becoming a mess, so how could I wait until then? This morning the manager called and said it seemed like an allergic reaction, that I should go to a pharmacy for an antihistamine and come to the clinic quickly, and that they would prescribe a steroid injection and medication. But I heard that I should not get a steroid injection, right? I also asked them to take full responsibility for all aftercare for the scars and the eruptions and to cover all related costs. She said she would pass that on, but because it was an allergic reaction, she did not know what would happen, in that sort of way. Did I handle this correctly? My friend says I should sue, but I honestly do not know what to do. I am really struggling and want to die.
