I had especially stubborn lower-belly and love-handle fat. Even with exercise and diet control, my abdominal line did not slim down easily After much deliberation, I got abdominal fat-extraction injections lol. Before the procedure, my whole stomach protruded and my waistline was barely visible lol. Immediately afterward, there was swelling and bruising, and at first it was hard to notice a major change, but strangely, as time passed and the swelling went down, I could see the lines gradually becoming more defined??! In particular, the lower belly and sides felt smoother than before. Now my abdominal circumference has decreased compared with before the procedure, and my clothes fit differently haha. I still need more management, of course, but personally I am satisfied. I plan to continue managing it with exercise and diet. Today marks week 9 lol.
