It has finally been one month since my liposuction. There still seems to be some swelling, but my upper arms have definitely become slimmer when I put on clothes, and I can feel the effect more by touch than by looking. At one month, I can feel round, somewhat firm areas in my upper arms when I touch them. As for pain, unless someone hits my upper arm, there is now none at all! I can raise my arms and shake them freely. The scars have also faded considerably, and the incision on the back is barely noticeable when my arms are down. Before liposuction, the flabby fat swinging when I raised and shook my arms was what I disliked most, but now it has decreased a lot, so I am satisfied. The accessory breast fat has become straighter without getting caught in or bulging out of my underwear like before. The fat on both sides of my upper arms has decreased, so I feel my overall build looks smaller than before. It looks natural, and nobody around me has noticed, so I think it could be done discreetly. There are still firm or throbbing areas that feel like swelling, so I will keep watching until the three-month mark.
