The Ciel community review

I visited several clinics for consultations because of a double chin, and I also had an in-person consultation at The Ciel Plastic Surgery Clinic. The surgeon estimated that I had about 10–12 cc of fat under my chin. Rather than removing 100%, they explained that about 85% would be removed and 15% left to prevent depressions or adhesions. I said I was especially concerned about the bulge under my chin when speaking, and they honestly explained that this was not simply a fat issue; deep muscle movement could also contribute, so liposuction alone might not remove it completely. However, reducing the fat could make it less noticeable than now. They did not think my salivary glands were enlarged, unlike what I had heard at another clinic, and overall the approach seemed to focus on liposuction first rather than adding multiple unnecessary procedures. The coordinator said the regular price for liposuction was 1.5 million won and AccuSculpt was 300,000 won, reduced to 150,000 won for same-day decisions. The same-day total was about 1.485 million won; afterward it would be 1.65 million won, and after the event ended, about 1.98 million won including VAT. The deposit was 300,000 won. I liked that the surgeon explained side effects and limitations fairly specifically and did not emphasize only dramatic results. However, I was disappointed that I felt some pressure to book on the same day after the consultation. Overall, I think it is worth consulting if you are considering liposuction alone.
