Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Review 2 months after silicone and septal cartilage removal!

I had forgotten about this community, then it suddenly came to mind, so I came in to leave a review~ The photos are, in order, my surgical nose / 2 months after removal, front view / 2 months after removal, side view. My face has no makeup on. I deleted the photos!!

I had the 4 mm silicone and the septal cartilage support strut at the nasal tip removed in mid-November, and now 2 months have passed. Haha. From 2 weeks after surgery, I started meeting people little by little, but no one noticed that my nose had changed. They may have noticed and just not said anything thoughㅠㅠ When I tell people first that I had them removed, everyone says they didn’t know and that it doesn’t show at all! When I went for a follow-up in early January, they said it was settling well, taught me how to massage the nasal tip, and said it would be fine to check once more after 3 months. The nasal tip is still a bit hard, and I can do a pig nose little by little. It moves comfortably left and right, and upward I think it goes up about 30 degrees. For me, it doesn’t get harder just because it’s morning or anything like that! I was worried it might turn up after removing the support strut, but there was no upturning at all, and my nostrils seemed a bit uneven at first, but now I don’t really care~ But around the middle of my nasal tip..? I can feel something like the cartilage rattling a little? so I’m going to ask about that next time I go! Now I can blow my nose or pick it (..haha) comfortably, and I can wash my face without worrying much!

I’ll work hard on the nasal tip massage, and if it gets soft and squishy, I’ll come back to report the progress.. haha
