Nose Re-Surgery

Revision for contracture nose surgery is really overwhelming... T_T Looking for recommendations for a place that does revision with autologous costal cartilage well

Everyone, hello. I have been logging in every day and just lurking, but recently I have been so frustrated and depressed that I finally decided to write. It has been about 4 years since my first nose surgery, and I used silicone and ear cartilage. But since a few months ago, the tip of my nose has seemed to keep lifting in a creepy way, and now it looks like contracture has definitely set in to anyone who sees it. My nose is gradually becoming a short upturned nose shape, I also feel a pulling sensation at the tip, and it has become a little red, so every time I look in the mirror every day I feel stressed out to the point of going crazy T_T I heard that for contracture nose surgery, you have to remove all the silicone and push it down firmly using either autologous costal cartilage or donor rib cartilage. Is that right? After my first surgery failed, I realized revision surgery is really not something you can do just anywhere. Beyond the cost, I am so scared that it might fail again and completely ruin my nose, and I cannot even sleep at night. Is there anyone like me who had severe contracture and succeeded with revision using autologous costal cartilage? I am not even looking for a flashy nose or a glamorous nose; I just want it to go back as naturally, safely, and without side effects as possible. If you know of a hospital that has lots of real reviews and no broker issues, or a place where the director takes responsibility and sees contracture nose revision through to the end, please share the hospital and director info even in initial-form abbreviations if possible T_T I am scared of surrogate surgery, so it would be even better if the place has CCTV. Please help, everyone!
