I went for a consultation today and they were saying things like A (not one of the top 3 for removal) closed approach - silicone only removal, while [Clinic B] is definitely open, and [Clinic A] does not do closed approach, then shifting from open to closed,, so far [Clinic A] is the consultation that's been most appealing. I have silicone in the bridge of my nose (it extends all the way to the tip) + ear cartilage Has anyone here had the entire thing removed there and had cartilage repositioning done with a closed approach? I'm debating closed vs open too. There are some bad posts about this place, so I'm worried Choosing a hospital is so hard.
