Nose Re-Surgery

2-week removal update

If you look at my old posts, you can figure out which hospital it is, so please don't ask which hospital. Yesterday I had my second stitch removal done. (My daughter had the removal.) Because the tip had been altered so much, our tip is still puffy. Due to the alar reduction, it can't go back to my original nose, and it seems like a third, somewhat original-looking nose is coming out. It still isn't fully settled in shape, so I need to watch it a bit longer, but so far I'm recovering without any major issues. When I went around for consultations, some places said it would definitely droop. Two of the so-called top three clinics said a septal support graft would be needed, but we removed everything. Because the original nose had columellar hollowing, we left only a small amount of septal cartilage on the underside of the columella to compensate for that hollowing. It was removed without a support graft, and so far there is no drooping, step-off, saddle nose, or indentation. There was a columellar scar from the first surgery, but this time, while removing it, they seem to have cleaned it up neatly. After the surgery, the doctor is even kinder than during the consultation, and everyone at the hospital is generally very kind. I will write another update if the swelling goes down well and the shape settles properly. I have no complaints about this surgery. But the first surgery ruined the shape so terribly that the changes from the alar reduction cannot be reversed, so my daughter is still upset about that part. That is why I really want the double eyelid surgery to succeed. Sadly, my eyes are not pretty either, and I do not resemble my mother at all; I look like my father. (Dad takes an unexpected loss of 1.) I am a nose patient, so it feels a bit awkward to bring up double eyelid surgery, but please let me at least succeed with that and feel a little comfort. Please recommend double eyelid surgery clinics by private message. I already had a consultation at Chn Plastic Surgery. What do you think? The consultation was really good. Mslr's booking schedule is like trying to pluck stars from the sky. Please recommend a place that is definitely natural, safe, and conservative. If I go to the eyes-and-nose corner, I feel like there will be even more brokers, so I am asking here.
