I had surgery in 2014. My nose was already quite high, but there was a very slight bony bump on the bridge, and I asked them to raise the columella a bit. At the time, Park Min-young's nose looked so pretty.. The director said they would make it a straight-but-slightly-curved nose, and I had surgery using septal cartilage and silicone. But after the splint came off, the area between the brows was too high, so I kept telling the manager about it a few times and eventually asked them to lower the glabella area because I just couldn't stand it. I was so stressed, worried they might refuse, but there was absolutely none of that, and they lowered it right away. The shape came out the way I wanted. Now, because so much time has passed, the tip has dropped a little, but not to the point that it bothers me.
