I had been considering a nose surgery there, so I made a separate consultation appointment, but since that was not available I went and waited before consulting with the director. The director asked me to show him the kind of nose I wanted, and then drew the nose shape directly while explaining it in great detail with celebrity examples. I wanted not just a pretty nose but one that harmonized with my face, and they looked at my overall facial features while consulting me, so I really liked that part. After the consultation, the consultation manager gives the final explanation, and aside from being quite rude on the phone as well, everything else was fine.
