This was the first place I went for a consultation, and I didn't really get any feeling that they were unfriendly or friendly. Everyone felt a bit mechanical. The waiting time wasn't long, and since it was my first time I also couldn't ask my questions properly, but the consultation was the shortest among the places I went to, so that was disappointing.
