The doctor measured my nose angle with something like an angle gauge and examined the inside of my nose in detail while consulting with me. Because safety was the top priority, they never use silicone or other implants, and it seemed they prefer ear cartilage for the nasal tip instead of the septum. In the end, I was turned down and told not to get nose surgery, but if I do end up having surgery, I think I would do it here.
