I had surgery for a bulbous nose 9 years ago, and I wonder if that wasn't the peak of my life. They made it suit my image so well, and they didn't make it unnaturally high, but instead raised it to a height that fit my nose, so unless I said anything, people didn't even know I had surgery. Later I got greedy... they said they couldn't raise it any more, but I went to another clinic and had it raised, which eventually caused complications. I regret it and want to go back for a revision consultation..
