The hospital wasn’t huge, but it was just cute and neat. The director was cheerful and very kind, and the impression was good too! What surprised me first was that they directly pointed out my nose problems as they were. Everything was really good, but suddenly the manager came in and it felt like the momentum was broken. It felt like they had been speaking well in a hurry and then just stepped in, so I was a bit disappointed in that part of the consultation.
