The manager was extremely kind during the consultation, but after surgery, when I asked for after-service because the tip of my nose was showing through, she acted annoyed and kept asking why I was complaining when it was fine. It was not just the cartilage showing through; after the surgery my nostrils became extremely asymmetrical, but she said that was just how my face originally was and that nothing could be done. I understand that part, but her response and attitude were hurtful. They are good at making noses that are simply high and slim, but they do not do detailed nostril wing, asymmetry, or nostril surgery. After surgery at this clinic, my nose obstruction was so severe that I had revision surgery, but it showed through again, so I even had a second revision. Even then it did not improve, and I had after-service three times at the same clinic, so I decided there was no point and stopped going. Anyone could see the cartilage showing and the nose was red, but they kept saying it was because of the mask, that I should use a beak-shaped one, and that it was just how I was built. When I went to other clinics after surgery for consultations, every one of them said it looked like a carved nose, artificial, or like a chalk nose. They also told me the surgery had been done wrong, that the silicone had been inserted crooked, and that the nose tip and nostrils had all been surgically bent toward the left.
