I think there is no doubt about Director Ok's skill. That professionalism also came through in the actual consultation. I also liked that the manager seemed to understand surgery well. However, 17 days before the surgery date, and 6 days after the reservation date, I suddenly started wondering whether it was really right to put an implant in my chest and live with it forever, so I canceled the surgery, and from that point on I felt that the manager's sales style brought Director Ok's status down.
First, they ran a "book on the day only to get this price" marketing campaign. They said Mentor Smooth Extra was originally 8.8 million won, but if I did it now they would do it for 7.7 million won, so I sent a 700,000 won deposit, and then suddenly conditions appeared, such as having to provide my Naver ID and having to write a lot of reviews on various plastic surgery sites. And then they immediately had me draw blood for a preoperative blood test.
So when I asked for a refund, I was told that a refund was possible, but that the blood test cost 100,000 won, the consultation fee was 22,000 won, and the penalty fee was 1% of the surgery cost. In fact, I was not told that the original surgery fee was 9.82 million won, so the penalty was 98,000 won. In total, nearly 220,000 won goes up in smoke. So they suggested I use that 700,000 won for another procedure. But how can you trust a clinic like that and get any procedure done there?
For now, I requested an itemized non-covered receipt for the blood test cost and the blood test report, and I am watching how the clinic responds.
