I also visited other clinics, and the surgery methods were similar, so I chose the place that was closest. You can't ignore 20 years of experience.
For the bulbous nose correction, they said they plan to tie the cartilage, partially remove cartilage, remove subcutaneous fat, lift the tip by raising the septum, insert ear cartilage into the tip, and use 3-4 mm silicone.
And the doctor said they still don't know whether it will become a gently curved line or a straight line, and because I wasn't fully reassured about that part, I took away one star for the doctor's kindness.
