Personally, I liked the doctor’s consultation very much. He was very cheerful, and his answers were straightforward and clear. That made it a very comfortable atmosphere for asking questions, so it was easy to ask about all sorts of things. But the manager was, well, pleasant enough, yet uncomfortable. This is purely personal, but in the end, if you have surgery, you will spend more time communicating with the manager than with the doctor, and they just did not feel trustworthy to me, so I did not go ahead with the surgery.
