I went only thinking about improving the asymmetry, so I didn’t have expectations for the cosmetic aspect, but they kept asking about the size I prefer and the aesthetic aspects, guiding things in a direction where I could be satisfied, and they consulted with me while explaining how the surgery would be carried out.
