I had a consultation for total removal There was silicone in the bridge, autologous costal cartilage at the tip, and an autologous costal cartilage support The surgery consultation was to remove everything except the autologous costal cartilage left in the support. If the bridge might feel unsatisfactory, they recommended adding Megaderm. I liked that they explained things in detail, and because it is a private clinic it felt quiet and comfortable. The manager also told me to think carefully rather than pushing surgery, which was nice, but because removal itself is a surgery that does not come with much expectation about the shape of the nose, I am worried that I cannot really predict the before-and-after photos or even the overall nose shape, so it seems hard for me to go through with surgery The consultation itself was concise but good..
