I had a consultation for complete removal. I have silicone on the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage at the nasal tip and as a strut, and they consulted with me about surgery in the direction of removing everything while leaving only the autologous costal cartilage in the strut. If I felt the nasal bridge would be lacking, they recommended adding MegaDerm, and I liked that they explained things in detail. Since it was a private clinic, it was quiet and comfortable. The consultant also told me to think it over carefully rather than pushing surgery, which I liked. But maybe because removal itself is a surgery where there are no expectations for the nose shape, I’m worried that I can’t predict the before-and-after photos or even roughly what the nose shape will be like, so I think it may be a bit hard for this to lead to surgery The consultation itself was concise but good..
