I had my first double eyelid surgery here when I was in high school. The consultation manager had zero professionalism and was rude. I don’t know if it was especially because I was a high school student. Common sense says an incisional method cuts the skin, so isn’t it obvious it would leave more scarring than the buried-suture method? But when I asked, the consultation manager said, “That’s your personal opinion,” in a really curt way. There was no consultation with the doctor before surgery, and on the day, that tiny clinic was packed with people, and one doctor kept going into surgeries like a factory line. I liked the double eyelid line, but it came undone later, and the scar was left messy. The epicanthoplasty was botched. I later had all of the epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery from back then revised.
