About 2 years ago, I had a consultation for revision eye surgery. I liked that the director explained the consultation in detail. The part that made me trust them was that they clearly and firmly said no to things that could not be done. I was upset too, but compared with saying something impossible was possible, it was much more conscientious, so I trusted them and had surgery. I will write a separate surgery review.
