A long time ago I went for a nose surgery consultation, but I couldn't meet the director because he was in surgery. I consulted with the manager, and she said my nose was ugly, which made me very uncomfortable. I still remember it because it hurt so much. They also told me to do all sorts of other surgeries, so I didn't like it.. The facility was clean, but the staff were unfriendly, so I didn't trust them.
