I had nose surgery. I used silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. There were no particular side effects, but as the swelling went down, the nasal tip sagged. The manager and the doctor were kind, but I wasn't satisfied with the tip of the nose. I got laser treatment for swelling, and the swelling lasted about 1 month.
