*I had surgery in front of Sinsa Station and am living each day depressed.

*It is even harder mentally.

*Before surgery, I had consultations at about 15 places, and around 5 of them told me not to have surgery, saying it would not change much from my current state and that I was already pretty enough. Since it would not change much, they probably said that out of conscience... At the time I thought, “I’m paying with my own money, so why won’t they do it?” but those people were the real doctors.

*To start with the conclusion, after the first surgery my nose became crooked, and the hospital acknowledged that the nose was crooked and did revision surgery, but it became an Avatar nose.

*Reason for surgery: I hated the filler nasal bridge and wanted to lift the drooping columella at the nasal tip. My nose looked long because of the drooping columella. (=I wanted to become prettier.) I did not have concerns about a crooked nose.

*1st surgery: General anesthesia + nasal tip/columella + temporalis fascia for the nasal bridge : On the day the splint was removed, the nose was crooked (both the doctor and I recognized it) : As the days went by, the nose became more crooked and the nose shape was shit. : I paid 6 million won for the first surgery, but the hospital said they would fill it with filler. : I went back 3 times (=they said they would do revision surgery.) : After it failed, I came into a community and was reading reviews, and I saw a review by someone whose surgery failed here, who could not breathe, whose nose was crooked, and who was preparing a lawsuit. Shit. : After the revision surgery date was set, I was happy for a month because I had hope that I could become pretty again. : Because temporalis fascia was used during surgery, I got a bald patch of about 5 cm on my head. When I tie my hair or the wind blows, it looks like I am bald, and when I go to the hair salon, they think I had major surgery and treat me really well... (that is the one advantage...)

*2nd surgery: Sedation anesthesia + osteotomy + nasal tip/columella, ear cartilage + temporalis fascia for the nasal bridge : It has currently been about 20 days since the 2nd surgery.

: I originally tend to wake up often in the middle of sedation anesthesia. : During the surgery, while under sedation anesthesia, I heard the doctor talking about the mistake from the first surgery. : I still have not told the hospital that I heard this. : Still, thinking “as long as it turns out well,” I waited a week until the day the splint was removed and looked at my nose.... : My nose starts under my forehead... In week 2 after surgery, is it normally this strange, both the line and the starting point.....?? : I said I wanted a straight-to-slightly-upturned line, but at first the doctor seemed not to know what that was, so I was like, what.. and I explained it myself.... : The nose line is strange too, and 6 million won is a lot of money to me...... I wonder if they saw the review I left about the crooked nose... I even wonder if they did this on purpose, and I am depressed. : On top of that, for the nose starting point, during the first surgery I said I would like it to start between the pupils, and the first surgery did start at the starting point I wanted, but is it my fault that before the second surgery I did not specifically point out the nose starting point? : On top of that, one of my reasons for rhinoplasty was my complex about having a long nose. After surgery, my nose looks longer than before surgery. After the 1st surgery, I cried and felt depressed, but now that even the 2nd surgery has failed, I am angry.

Ha... I am depressed. *I guess I will have to do a 3rd surgery next year. Ha
