The professionalism and procedure satisfaction are lacking, but the reason I still use their events now and then is because of their kindness. They’re good for hair removal or simple Botox procedures. It’s always crowded whenever I go, and waiting at least 30 minutes is standard, but I’ve always felt good while waiting because I wonder how they get such good customer service training. If only the procedures were a little better, it would be perfect..
