The consultation was ordinary~ There was a hint of salesmanship, but clinics are not charities, so I understand. They also do petit procedures here, so if you had surgery there were some extra services you could receive. I did not end up deciding on surgery, but this would probably be fine for people who like those kinds of extra services!
