I made a reservation and went, but I thought I might not be able to make the time, so I called ahead to explain and ask for understanding. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I was already in a bad mood and didn't want to go, but I forced myself to go, and I wish I hadn't. I came back only feeling upset and wasted my time T_T
