This was a consultation for revision nose surgery. I had previously had a closed rhinoplasty (without using the septum), and this hospital recommended donated rib cartilage + ear cartilage + septal cartilage. They said that because my nose is somewhat short, they needed to support it firmly, and because my nose is small, the septal cartilage might not be sufficient, so they would use donated rib cartilage. (They said that for revision nose surgery, they use donated rib cartilage in almost all cases at this hospital.) First of all, I think this is a hospital that produces a rather glamorous style. If you provide photos, they pass them to marketing and use them for Barobtalk or promotional purposes, and in return they give you a discount on the cost. If you accept the offer, you have to pay a follow-up review deposit of 100,000 won (+100,000; it will be returned if photos are provided) at the time of surgery. But even with the discount, the amount was not cheap.
