Review 12 years after nose surgery

I had nose surgery 12 years ago. My nose was small and low. I got the surgery thinking I would be happy as long as I didn't hear that my nose was low. After consultations at a few clinics, most recommended 2 mm, but the clinic where I had surgery said they would do 3 mm. I thought higher would definitely be better, so I immediately booked and had surgery at the clinic that said they would do 3 mm. I had 3 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage plus AlloDerm for the nasal tip. After that, for 12 years I had no inflammation or contracture, and I lived well with no problems at all in daily life. Maybe because it was ear cartilage, I couldn't make a pig nose, but the nasal tip was soft and moved well enough side to side. But the nose shape was quite unnatural. The front view wasn't bad, but from the side it was obvious. The starting point of the bridge was too high, beginning from the forehead, and the tip wasn't high, so it dropped straight down... exaggerating a bit, like Avatar? That was always stressful, but I was also scared to get revision surgery again. I think watching my friend, who ended up having her nose done 4 times because of contracture, made me even more that way. I was also afraid that, like Shin Bong-sun, revision surgery might actually make it look even more unnatural. Then this time I came across cases online of people removing silicone, and I'm planning to have the silicone removed. I thought removing silicone wasn't even an option. After seeing people who returned to their original nose even after removing silicone, I immediately went on a plastic surgery consultation tour. It was somewhat expected, but the doctors, who are both specialists and businesspeople, all said I absolutely shouldn't remove the silicone and that only revision surgery was possible, saying they would make it look natural... I went to the doctor who operated on me and said I didn't like the artificial look and wanted it removed, and he said he would remove it! He said, "I can remove only the silicone and keep the nasal tip the same as it is now, but won't you regret going back to a low nose? Didn't you choose surgery because a surgically enhanced nose, even if obvious, has many advantages over a non-surgical nose, such as a higher and more defined impression, compared with a natural but low and dull-looking impression? Think carefully and make a decision you won't regret." I'm still thinking about it, but my mind is about 80% leaning toward removal! I'll post a review after removal!
