I went around for rhinoplasty consultations The wait wasn’t very long, and it went in this order: consultation manager -> director -> consultation manager. At first, the consultation manager asked what areas I wanted to improve, so I mentioned drooping nasal tip, arrow-shaped nose, and deviated nose. They said the drooping nasal tip would be treated by building a support strut using septal cartilage or ear cartilage, and that for the deviated nose, they would likely proceed with osteotomy. Then I consulted with the director right away, and unlike what the manager said, the director said my nose didn’t necessarily need osteotomy. They said they would raise the drooping nasal tip using septal cartilage, use ear cartilage if the septal cartilage was insufficient, refine the hump, and place AlloDerm at the glabella. They didn’t pressure me into excessive surgery, and unlike the manager, they definitely seemed more professional. It’s not like I’ve only gone to one or two consultations; I have quite a bit of experience and studied a lot too, but their approach matched my needs, they explained side effects transparently, and out of all the consultations I’ve had so far, this was the longest and the most comfortable haha. They explained every detail one by one, so it stayed as a good memory, and I decided to proceed with surgery this Saturday. I’ll leave another review after surgery! Oh, more than anything, I liked that the AS period is guaranteed free of charge for 5 years!
