At first, the consultation manager asked what areas I wanted to improve, so I mentioned drooping nasal tip, arrow-shaped nose, and deviated nose. They said the drooping nasal tip would be treated by building a support strut using septal cartilage or ear cartilage, and that for the deviated nose, they would likely proceed with osteotomy. Then I consulted with the director right away, and unlike what the manager said, the director said my nose didn’t necessarily need osteotomy, and that the drooping nasal tip would be raised using septal cartilage…
