I was originally going to post them yesterday, but I got lazy.. lolol
I didn't have contracture or inflammation, but after having silicone in for 12 years, it looked too obvious, and at some point my nose started feeling so heavy...ㅠㅠ It also felt like my rhinitis was getting worse..
I didn't want to put in an implant anymore... I thought this would be my last nose surgery, so I only looked into implant-free options lol I was debating between autologous costal cartilage and autologous dermis, then decided on autologous dermis!!
Hmm, for now I'm very satisfied just with the fact that there is no silicone in my nose.. lol But yesterday they showed me photos from the surgery, right?? Turns out I had contracture!? When they opened it up, there was slight contracture, so they removed it... shock... Even in the photo it looked kind of wrinkled... I'm glad I did it quickly..
Hmm, so far there isn't much difference from when I had silicone! No, actually because of the swelling, it's higher than when I had silicone lolol My nose was originally really low, so they even put in 4.5 mm of silicone.. lolol I don't have a photo of my original nose because I hid it away tightly... lolol If I find it, I'll upload it lololol
Of course, I don't know how much of the dermis will be absorbed, but even if it is absorbed, it will still be higher than my original nose, so I don't regret it.. It will differ by person, but... if someone I know says they're getting nose surgery, I'll definitely recommend implant-free... whether costal cartilage or dermis...ㅠㅠ
I'm still anxious, so I keep coming here lolol I hope that, like everyone else, my visits become less frequent... lolol
Oh, but the dermis.. my butt.. More than the incision site, the taped area is so itchy.. and where I got the injection hurts so muchㅠㅠ My nose doesn't hurt at all...ㅠㅠ Tomorrow I can remove the tape on my butt and shower too, so it should get better.. lol
