At first, the manager and I set the broad outline, then I saw the doctor and had another consultation, and they were really honest... In Seoul, I was recommended lateral canthoplasty and double-eyelid incision surgery, and at the second place I was recommended inner canthoplasty and double-eyelid incision surgery. Even during those consultations, it was the first time I had ever heard that I needed ptosis correction, and since my pupils weren't covered at all, I found it strange.
Here, both the manager and the doctor clearly said right away that my eyes did not need ptosis correction. If I were in business, I think nothing would be easier to upsell than ptosis correction, so the fact that they didn't recommend it increased my trust. They just looked at me and said it probably wasn't necessary, and that if I still wanted it, doing it would be my choice... They shaped the line for me, but there wasn't any meaningful difference. I saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes, and the manager for about 20 minutes... The consultation felt professional on par with the doctor. They seemed strict about price negotiation too haha..
