Non-incisional ptosis correction and under-eye fat removal

I went for a consultation today, and what I was interested in was under-eye fat repositioning and a low double eyelid/no-double-eyelid look. For reference, I don't have actual ptosis or anything; I think it's pseudoptosis. Anyway, I got the consultation, and they recommended under-eye fat removal and non-incisional low double eyelid ptosis correction. They roughly drew the line for me, and I liked it. I saw on YouTube that if you don't have ptosis, you shouldn't get ptosis correction, and when I asked why removal instead of fat repositioning, they answered that for young people, removal is better. What on earth is right? ㅠㅠ
