As I had heard, the director was very meticulous, very focused and had me open and close my eyes dozens of times at once, then after setting the line said only an incision was possible. They said I would need incisional surgery, eye correction, and fat grafting above the eyes, and honestly admitted that a complete solution for the double crease might still be difficult. I wanted in-out, but because my eyes are open at the inner corners, in-out was not possible and only an out-line would be possible. When I asked how a second procedure would work if the fat grafting to the eyelids had a poor graft survival rate, they said that even the first time they only do it by making an incision and directly looking inside while grafting into the fat pocket, so if a second round is needed they would do a partial incision and then graft. They said they personally do not prefer syringe injection. If I do not want the eyelids to become too thick, a slight resection is possible. The manager had a smiling impression and was kind and friendly. There is a discount for providing reviews or selfies, but the discount rate does not seem that large compared with other hospitals.
