This is a clinic I visited after seeing it on YouTube. I arrived on time, but the consultation started about 10 minutes after the scheduled time. I had a lot to ask, but the director drew the line a few times, scribbled something on a sheet of paper, and then the consultation was over. Even when I asked how much scarring would remain, he just said it wasn't something to worry about and only said it would be done well. When I said I was scared that the upper part of the eye would become thicker after surgery, he only said that wasn't something to worry about either...
Was it even a consultation? It lasted about 10 minutes, and then he suddenly got up and left, so when I hurriedly said I still had more questions, he just said, "Oh, I have another surgery scheduled," and then really just walked out. I was honestly speechless... For a surgery where you're putting a knife into the body, they just say they'll do it themselves without any explanation and ask for money, so can you trust that...? I wasted time without even properly hearing about the surgery information.
The manager was also subtly unfriendly. They only told me the price and subtly gave off the feeling that they wanted to get up and leave quickly. I wanted to bluntly say, 'I should just get up quickly and go do my own thing,' but because it's work, I guess they couldn't say that outright.
