Because I went in with high expectations, it did not feel as friendly or sincere as I had hoped. I did like that the director explained the surgery in detail and showed similar-case photos to explain the expected side effects. However, if I asked something or said something outside of what he was thinking, his expression would stiffen. The consultation with the manager was also just so-so compared with other places. It was the COVID era, but even so, during a plastic surgery consultation, they did not proactively suggest taking off the mask so they could look at my face. The price range was better than I expected.
