Because I went in with high expectations, it did not feel as friendly or sincere as I had hoped. I did like that the director explained the surgery in detail and showed photos of similar cases while explaining the expected side effects. But if I asked something or said something outside his own line of thinking, his expression would harden. The consultation with the manager was just so-so compared with other places. It was still the COVID period, but even so, in a cosmetic surgery consultation, they did not first say we should take off our masks so they could look at us. The price was better than I had expected.
