Among the clinics I visited for consultations, I liked this one the most, so I first had a phone consultation. The counseling manager explained things in detail and told me the price in advance, which was good. (They also explained the additional fee if I ended up doing fat grafting, but the price was the same.) Since I live outside the capital area, I had the phone consultation and then booked the surgery right away. On the day of surgery, I consulted with the director. They didn't recommend unnecessary procedures and explained things well, so I trusted them. The director said that because I had pigmentation, my dark circles could not be improved perfectly. Before surgery, the tear trough area under my eyes still showed even with makeup and stressed me out, but after surgery it improved so much that I'm extremely satisfied. An acquaintance also asked me, so I recommended it. And I don't remember the counseling manager's name, but she was so kind and gave such good counseling that I'm still grateful
