When I was researching online, the reviews seemed to match the feel and conditions I had in mind, so I made an appointment because I wanted to actually go in for a consultation. Maybe because of how things are these days, there were a lot of people waiting. But since I had built up some experience from going to consultations at several places, and maybe because I didn’t have another consultation afterward, I waited comfortably and then had my consultation. The order of the process was the same as other places, and I liked that both the director and the consultation manager guided me kindly and well.
