I got the arm fat removal injection without steroids, and because I only had it once, I have no idea whether it worked at all. If you do it several times it might work, but I did not feel willing to pay that much. It felt like liquid was going into my upper arm as if I were getting an IV, and for a while the arm stayed swollen with the liquid. After the injection I felt a little dizzy, so I sat and rested for about 30 minutes before leaving.
