I got steroid-free arm fat dissolving injections, and since I only had it once, I have no idea about the effect. It might be effective if done several times, but I didn't feel willing to pay that much. The liquid goes into the upper arms like getting an IV drip, and for a while the arms stay swollen with the liquid. After getting it, I felt a little dizzy, so I sat and rested for about 30 minutes before leaving.
