I knew the director had a lot of experience and that there were a lot of reviews, but still, they explained things in an amazingly detailed way. The staff were also really kind and explained everything exactly as I wanted, no more and no less. If I had to mention one disappointing point?! It was a bit disappointing that they couldn't predict the post-surgery result with specific data, but I liked it overall
