I first consulted with the manager and then with the doctor. I got the impression that the manager was making a lot of effort. The consultation took quite a long time and they explained things well. But I felt a little uneasy because they seemed too focused on booking. I guess that is the same at every hospital though. The doctor was not as kind as I expected. I was disappointed. It was the doctor, not the manager~
