lol I do not know if this is how they usually do it, but I booked a consultation for my nose and waited, and when I went for the consultation I could not meet the director... When I said I wanted to see the director, they said the surgery schedule was full so I could not. I did not know what kind of consultation I was supposed to have with the manager. The consultation manager said that if I decided on surgery with her, the director would explain everything on the day of surgery.. I was really disappointed.
