The person doing the consultation wasn’t very friendly and was extremely blunt with my mom, saying things like, ‘You heard it right, right?’ More than anything, the consultation manager seemed to have had a facelift, but because the muscles and expressions looked unnatural, my mom firmly said she wouldn’t do it here.
