I seriously wonder why I didn’t get double eyelid surgery sooner..;; I met the right hospital and director, and now I’ve found the light. My boyfriend was really against it at first, saying no, that he liked my monolids, and asking if I really couldn’t just not do it, but now he says I’m pretty and seems excited, saying he wants the bruising to go away quickly so he can see me with makeup on.. People around me are already telling me a lot that the line is pretty, and when I went to have the canthoplasty stitches removed, the director seemed more satisfied with my eyes than I was..,, Since I really hated my eyes ever since I was young and had very low self-esteem, I kept trying to cover it with editing, and I keep thinking about those times when friends made not-quite-direct digs at me, so I tear up.. Everyone, please make sure you meet the right hospital and director and find the light, please...!!!!! I don’t think I’ll come to this community often now, but it was such a useful place and I’m grateful for it, so I’ll drop by from time to time.. I’ll come back when I’m able to wear makeup. bye
